Akhand Pratap Singh Chauhan

Akhand is a practicing Advocate with an experience of more than a decade. He has a comprehensive understanding and vast knowledge of Indian civil, industrial, and labour laws. He has handled some of the highly complex and complicated matters pertaining to Constitutional law, service & labour, company and criminal and have also handled the due diligence process.

He has extensive experience of appearing and arguing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court, and various tribunals such as Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Consumer Forum, State Commission Delhi, State Commission U.P. at Lucknow, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Central Administrative Tribunal, Central Government Industrial Tribunal, District & Sessions Courts and Arbitral Tribunals. In the past he has served counsel for State of Uttar Pradesh before Supreme Court of India.
