The firm represented a Turkish company engaged in trading of high end metals with various Indian Entities. The agreement provided for an arbitration clause for disputes arising under the said agreement. The firm assisted in appointment of arbitral tribunal from the Hon’ble Supreme Court and is now representing the client in the arbitration proceedings to claiming damages and compensation.
