MAHESHWARI & CO. represented a Turkish Company in raising disputes and framing statement of claim in its dispute amounting to Contract Value-$20,90,000/-, with an Indian Company which is a unit of Ordnance Factory Board under Department of Defense Production, Ministry of Defense, established in the year 1904, Ministry of Defense, Govt. The firm assisted the Turkish Company to invoke the arbitration clause under the agreement India. The arbitration is in its nascent stage and will be held as per ICC rules as it’s an institutional arbitration. The project was led by Partner, Tarun Biswas along with Associate, Namanveer Sodhi.
