Markus Hoffmann von Wolffersdorff

Markus is a German lawyer with extensive practice in are Corporate Law, Trade and Distribution Law, litigation and mediation.

He is actively engaged in Indo-German Business since 2003 and has diverse experienced which involves advising various Indian Companies enter Germany and vice versa. He assists companies concerning their market entrance, legal strategies, formation of subsidiaries, joint ventures, merger and acquisition.

He is currently assisting a number of Indian companies in entry strategy into Germany, formation of their subsidiaries in Germany, technology transfer arrangements, protecting their IP rights and other compliances.

Markus is the Vice President of the Indo-German Lawyer Association. He is the head of Saxon Chapter of the German-Indian-Round Table Network (GILT) and alumni of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.
