She has experience on the complete spectrum of corporate laws and transactional advisory matters: mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, private equity, foreign collaborations including joint ventures. She has also worked on various compliance issues across India.

She has done various cross-border transactions and extensively structured Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and Technology Licensing Agreements. She has been advising upon various employment matters. She has an experience of working in various sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Health Care, Education, Insurance and Financial Services. She has dealt on various FEMA issues advising Foreign Companies affecting their entry into India. She has represented Companies before various authorities including DIPP, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Competition Commission of India and National Company Law Tribunal.

She has spoken on various National and International Conferences and Seminars and has written various articles on different issues pertaining to her specialization sectors.
