MAHESHWARI & CO. is supporting a France-based multinational corporation specializing in human resource management and staffing services across industries such as Food, Energy, Healthcare & Wellness, and Education. As a multi-million-dollar enterprise, the company initially focused its operations in India but has now opted to extend its services to marine companies as well. The firm is assisting the client in the procurement of recruitment and placement of seafarers’ license, and other permits for providing such services to marine companies; including the drafting and vetting of various agreements like crew manning agreement, collective bargaining agreement, employment agreements, and preparation of other documents.
