Mr. Umberto Grella is a distinguished Italian legal professional with a robust background in international cross-border transactions and corporate law. His expertise extends to various legal areas, including urban planning, construction, real estate, environmental management, employment, bankruptcy, sports law, and mergers and acquisitions.

In his capacity as an active member of the Indo-Italian Business Collaboration, he has amassed significant experience in advising on diverse transactions related to inbound and outbound cross-border activities between India and Italy. Furthermore, he has offered strategic consulting services to multinational corporations. Over the course of his distinguished career, He has also effectively overseen a multitude of Litigation & Arbitration cases spanning various courts in both the European Union and India.

He is a member of the Monza Bar Association in Milan (N°739) and holds affiliations with the Lombard Society of Administrative Lawyers, as well as the Society of Italian, French, and German Administrative Lawyers.
