Gunjan is having more than 10 years of extensive experience in the field of Company Law Matters including mergers and amalgamations (M&A), de-mergers, restructuring, Corporate Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters, winding up matters, stamp laws matters, Banking Laws matters along with other commercial and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law matters.

She has been regularly appearing before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies including National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), District Courts, and High Courts. She is also involved in the formation of Companies, LLPs, and trusts.

She has also been involved in the drafting of legal opinions, contracts, agreements, etc. for various commercial transactions for the public as well as private sector entities.
