MAHESHWARI & CO. represented the client against a Real Estate Developer in a dispute regarding the breach of Builder Buyer Agreement by the company. Our firm represented the complainant and was successful in obtaining a refund along with interest of more than Rs. 5 Crores.

Our client made a significant investment by purchasing an apartment in one,of the mega projects launched by a renowned real estate developer, Agrante Developers Private Limited. The developer is engaged in various real estate activities, including the buying, selling, renting, and operation of self- owned or leased properties, such as apartment buildings, dwellings, and non-residential buildings. They are also involved in real estate development 4 and subdivision projects.

Upon receiving the allotment letter, our client paid a huge amount to secure the apartment. However, despite this payment and in accordance with the terms of the Buyer Builder Agreement (BBA), the Real Estate Company failed to provide possession of the apartment within the agreed-upon timeframe, thus breaching the contractual terms.

Our client after several long correspondences, at last was compelled to file a complaint before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurgaon to seek a full refund of the paid amount along with interest.

MAHESHWARI & CO. represented the complainant and was successful in obtaining a refund along with interest of more than Rs. 5 Crores.
