Maheshwari & Co. represented Sondrel (Holdings) PLC, London (“Sondrel”) for the due diligence of Sondrel India Private Limited (the Company), incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Sondrel (Holdings) PLC, London, a leading global semiconductor designer and supplier delivering customised, ultra-complex, digital ASIC chip solutions, got listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.

Maheshwari & Co. acted as the legal counsel for Sondrel and advised them on the legal, tax structuring, and regulatory aspects of the due diligence of the company in India so as to enable the listing of Sondrel on the Stock Exchange.
