Maheshwari & Co. acted as the legal counsel for a leading Technology Company and advised them on the legal, tax, structuring, and regulatory aspects of the transaction, including conducting due diligence, preparing and drafting deal-related transaction documentation and conducting negotiations with the US Counsel and the Indian Counsel.

The deal amount is valued at approximately US$1 Million.
