Maheshwari and Co. represented a leading company in the structuring and regulatory approval for acquisition of an Indian high-level Technology Company which is a wholly owned subsidiary company of a German Company, by a company incorporated in China.

Maheshwari & Co. acted as legal counsel for a leading company engaged in the business of production, import, export, and sales of various cable protection systems for automotive and industrial applications. The firm assisted with the structuring of the company and getting statutory approval from the Government, since the same is mandatory in cases of acquisition by a company incorporated in China.

The transaction is valued at more than US$5 Million.
