A leading BPO service provider established in 1987 that operates in over 30 centres in Japan and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. A subsidiary of the aforesaid company, based in the Philippines with a consolidated group network of 30.000 customer champions across North America, Latin America, Australia, and other centres in Japan. Vietnam Thailand, and China, is extending its service in India.

Maheshwari & Co. assisted them in the process by structuring their transaction for India entry and providing them with a foolproof opinion on the Indian IT compliances and data protection regulations.

The transaction is valued at more than US$1 Billion.
